The interview concept for L1 went well. In fact I was shocked how well. The actual process had to be changed along the way – or the correct terminology I was able to critically reflect and take on board aspects of peer learning to create a more focused session and learner participation.
What’s more interesting is the way in which there was an element of surprise as to how certain learners reacted and participated, compared to others. Almost silence from the more active students, and professional applicable questions from the more quite members of the group.
What could have been better ? In all honesty, me. I felt that I could have controlled and focused the group more, and created more focal points for discussion and analysis.
Didn’t overrun though !
