Am I living in a teaching dream world where I think all lessons are going to be quiet and learners engaged and focused so much there is no talking during the session ?
I’ve come to a conclusion that I have. The actual outcome is that there will be background noise levels, but I endeavor as part of the core standards I uphold – that talking is minimal and not distracting of others within the environment. That is just not fair.
One of the biggest pet hates I have is when other learners talk when another one is talking out loud to the group for peer reflection and sharing.
